Energy Psychology
Energy psychology is based on the broad theory that mental health and physical health conditions are related to altered flow and function in the body’s electrical energies and energy fields. The idea that the body’s electromagnetic field can be optimized to cultivate healing and spiritual development is a root of many ancient, holistic approaches to medicine.
Energy psychology addresses the relationship of energy systems to emotion, cognition, behavior and health. These systems include electrical activity of the nervous system and heart, meridians, biophotons, biofields, etc.
Oz uses non invasive interventions to regulate electrical signals or energy fields combined with evidence-based techniques to retrain the brain and help individuals overcome any physical and emotional reactions affecting health and well-being. Traumatic events trapped in the mind-body system can have a dysfunctional impact on a person's life, experiences, emotional regulation, and ability to relate to others. Energy psychology techniques can help a person release these effects more rapidly than talking therapies alone.
Oz integrates the reframing subconscious patterns, mindfulness techniques family constellations, bioenergetics, frequency medicine, somatic interventions to move the energy blocked during the traumatic past events to to help normalize cortisol levels and balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, thus reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress, among other concerns.
